Last week I had the opportunity to speak with Ben Katz, CEO of Dial A Geek. This interview isn’t among my typical interviewees but given that Ben Katz is active in the D.C. Technology Community I figured that I’d give him the opportunity to speak about his company and what they do. DialAGeek, provides on demand computer support for both individuals and businesses. They also have a national team of technicians that can actually come to your place of residence or office and help fix any issues you are having. Check out the video to learn more about them.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with Jeremy Brosowsky, CEO and founder of Brijit.com. Brijit.com is the equivalent of a web based Reader’s Digest of long-form content. Currently, the focus is on printed long-form content but will expand to cover a wider base of content. I was impressed to hear that Brijit.com is currently producing close to 100 articles per day. This morning I had the opportunity to sit down with Sean Greene, the Co-Founder of LaunchBox Digital in Washington, D.C. LauanchBox Digital provides entrepreneurs with seed funding to help get their startup off the ground. Yesterday I had the opportunity to sit down and speak with Shervin Pishevar, the President of Webs.com. Shervin provided a lot of insight into the state of the social web and where it’s going. This interview is a little longer than my previous one but well worth the time. Shervin is helping lead Webs.com as it continues its phenomenal growth. According to Shervin’s bio, Freewebs (one of the Webs.com products), is now the 2nd largest publisher of content on the web. He has an impressive background and is a great person to speak with. Yesterday I had the opportunity to speak with Hooman Radfar, CEO of Clearspring. Hooman gave some insight about how his company is adapting to OpenSocial and where he sees the industry 12 months from now. This is also my first official interview on this site so it would be great to get some feedback about what was done well and what you would like to see next time.
