Why can't it be an exciting name like Web Fantastico or Web 5000!  

As for the site - I can't figure out the long term attraction - I remember when I saw my first webcam stream - it was kinda cool but then it became a lot like watching traffic - you are drawn to it until a bird flies by - ohh look a bird.

I think the next web should be significant.
