I think it's impossible to gag order the internet, so let's be real and change the laws a bit. You gag facebook... then it shows up on blogs. What do you do then? Gag it all? A 17-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl are accused of 1st degree murder and for journalists and the media to publish the names is illegal under the Youth Criminal Justice act. At what point do the postings, which include names of the accused, by fellow students, become a criminal act as publishers of publicly viewable media?
